My experience with Seek2Change has been amazing. I attended the Bolton mosque open day with my family members and we received such a warm welcome. Each person there was so caring and made sure our time in the mosque was one to remember Sajid, Hammad, Hamza and Abdul Samad to name a few. The workshop was presented in a great way which engaged our minds and we learnt about aspects of peace which we hadn’t heard before. The whole message and the mindful session allowed me to leave with such a clear mind. We see on the news certain things about different races and wars etc but if this true message which is uniting under the universal moral values was widely known I believe the world would be a much better place. I hope more of these open days are done across the world so other people can hear this message.

The Awakening Peace Challenge was a life-changing experience for me. Each day brought new insights and practical tools that helped me find calm amidst the chaos of daily life. Is there a guarantee I will change after being on this course?

This course provides the necessary tools for change, it is up to each individual to use those tools.

How is the content delivered during each session?

Each session is part theoretical and part practical – we will dive into deep insights and knowledge on each topic but also walk you through practical exercises and models.

What happens if I don’t enjoy the course?

If for whatever reason you do not enjoy the course, you may request a refund before midnight (UK time) on Saturday 19th February. This means you get to try 2 weeks completely risk free.

Do I need to have any pre-existing knowledge before taking this course?

No just come with an open mind!

What if I am not comfortable discussing my issues in the coaching call?

You will be able to send your messages privately to the instructors.
